        The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) is an advanced-level certificate for a pilot. The ATP certificate provides pilots the privilege to fly for an airline, instruct other pilots in the air transportation service, and endorse pilot logbooks and training records.
